TRANSFER POLICY
 

Transfer of Specialisation
 

(a) Applicable only in Year 2 Specialisation Studies
 

(b) Student will need to inform AMS’s Executive Officer or the Administrator at the Student Administration Office
 

(c) Student will complete and submit the ‘Transfer’ form within 2 weeks of the commencement of the 1st Semester of their Specialisation Studies
 

(d) Student will only be allowed Transfer once and it is subjected to approval.
 

(e) Student requesting for Transfer will not be allowed to attend their requested specialisation studies until they have been granted and received an official ‘Letter of Approval’ from the Manager, Student Affairs.
 

(f) AMS is committed to arrive at a Conclusive Outcome (whether Approved or Rejected) via the Transfer Procedure (within 5 working days, from the Initiation date).
 

(g) There will be a fee charged for transfer of Specialisation from 3D Modeling, Concept Art & Character Animation to Digital Visual Effects.
