STUDENT WITHDRAWAL

Student Withdrawal from Course
 

(a) Student must inform AMS’s Executive Officer or the Administrator at the Student Administration Office and complete the ‘Withdrawal from Course’ form
 

(b) Student Administration Office will process and obtain the endorsement from Manager, Student Affairs
 

(c) AMS is committed to arrive at a Conclusive Outcome (whether Approved or Rejected) via the Withdrawal Procedure (within 5 working days from the Initiation date).
 

(d) Manager, Student Affairs will approve/reject refund based on AMS’s Refund Policy. Upon Approval of Refund, where applicable, AMS will expedite Refund to the student’s bank account within 60 days from the date of approval
