| In the event/s where the student or applicant choose to withdraw or defer from their on-going course, he/she will need to inform the Student Administration Office, complete and submit the Withdrawal form [forms\withdrawal_040707] or Deferment form [forms\deferment_0407070] and adhere to AMS's refund procedure.
