ArtFusions teaching faculty comprises a body of experienced academics
who serve in the faculty full-time. This faculty also comprises
a body of illustrious industry practitioners, handpicked by
ArtFusions Senior Management, for their expertise in their respective
field of work. Currently, ArtFusion has 6 full-time lecturers
and 11
part-time lecturers.

MICHELLE TAN CHUINWEI
Curriculum Manager / Lecturer
Michelle is an alumnus of both Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts Fine
Art Faculty and National University of Singapore’s English
Literature and Sociology Faculties. She is currently a full-time
lecturer with ArtFusion Media School. Owing to her
background in both the Fine Arts and the social sciences,
Michelle’s artworks often play with suggestions and
understanding, both verbal and pictorial. She has exhibited
twice at Esplanade Theatres on the Bay in 2008, including a
commissioned wall mural project for the highly popular Mosaic
Music Festival. Michelle's painting from her Mantra Series was
also selected for the Open Category of the inaugural Singapore
Art Exhibition in 2007. She was also invited for Sculpture
Square's Artist-in-Residence programme culminating in a group
exhibition, Urban Playground, in 2009. Michelle’s works are
collected by Elim Chew of 77th Street as well as Kent Britton of
Walton Asia.
DEREK CRAWFORD EVERSFIELD
Associate Principal Lecturer
Derek Eversfield is a Canadian citizen and American
resident, who has thirty-four years experience in the animation
industry. Working as an animator, layout artist, storyboard
artist, and animation director and supervisor, he has worked
with some of the legends in the business, such as Frank Frazetta,
Ralph Bakshi, Todd McFarlane and Chuck Jones. He has worked on
commercials, TV series and feature films for companies such as
HBO, Dreamworks, Marvel, Disney and Nickelodeon. He has
supervised animation projects, both 2D and 3D all over the
world, including, the U.S., the Philippines, India, Taiwan, and
Korea. After many years on the production side, Derek is looking
to relay his wealth of experience to students at Art Fusion who
want to get into this dynamic industry.
BORKO MILOHANOVIC
Senior Lecturer
After graduating from Technical School "Nikola Tesla" Jagodina,
Serbia in 1996, Borko Milohanovic joined television production
"Palma Plus" where he handled 3D animation projects. In 2007. he
worked at Blackmagic Design as Lead Visual Effects Technical
Director on the movie "Dance of the Dragon" and worked on TV
Commercials projects as CGI Supervisor / TD for Levis, Vaseline,
Nature Fresh, Boro Plus, etc. Borko`s students are hired by
Double Negative, Lucas and ILM. They worked on Captain America,
Prince of Persia, Transformers, Paul etc. as technical directors
and compositors.
JERRY JEROEN GUIDO VERSCHOOR
Lecturer
Jerry Verschoor has 24 years experience in the fields of Graphic
Art, Design and Modeling. He is currently a lecturer in
ArtFusion and was formerly the Associated
Professor at the Department of Digital Art and Design at the
Peking University School of Software in P.R.China. Jerry has
worked for Disney Studios and Amblimation and Dreamworks, as
well as other animation houses in America, England, Norway,
Indonesia, Malaysia and Australia.
BRYAN CHEN XIANGDIAN
Lecturer
Being in the industry for some years, Bryan has experiences in
Unreal game engine and Marmoset tool bag when he was working as
a freelance CG artist. He also created a game prototype for ITE
to be used as a teaching model for their Games Development
Department. He was a lecturer and later a 3D Games Development
Project Consultant at ITE. Bryan has also worked as a match
mover at Double Negative..
